  • 89% of retailers are struggling with last mile delivery operations – the top reason being complexity of tech stack (37%). 
  • Over 1 in 3 struggle to manage multiple fulfillment channels through disparate technologies.
  • 49% still lack flexibility during peak seasons, and 37% are unable to scale up/down drivers per need. 
  • 32% claim that integration with third party carriers is a growing challenge – affecting their ability to provide transparency on delivery options.
